- P2PPerson‑to‑Person — People communicating or collaborating with each other through AI as a mediator, translator, or assistant.
- P2SPerson‑to‑System — Individuals directly interacting with AI for answers, creation, or problem‑solving.
- S2SSystem‑to‑System — Machines, applications, and services exchanging information and capabilities through AI.
Network
- RRouting — Finds the most suitable host to handle each request efficiently and fairly.
- AAccounting — Tracks resource usage, calculates consumption, and manages billing and compensation between Consumers and Hosts.
- GGovernance — Enforces rules, ethical standards, and service agreements, preventing misuse and maintaining trust.
Hosts
- CCompute Providers — Supply the processing power to run AI models, with the potential to earn from computational resources.
- DData Providers — Share high‑quality datasets for training and inference, with full control over what is shared or sold.
- MModel Providers — Offer pre‑trained or fine‑tuned large language models (LLMs) for others to use.
Every PeerLLM Box or software host can be a marketplace for compute, for LLMs, and for data.
If powerful enough, a host can also offer training and fine‑tuning services.

For the past two decades, I’ve been building software systems that bring people, knowledge, and technology together. From cloud architectures and publishing platforms to AI-driven ecosystems, I’ve always believed that technology should serve humanity—not the other way around.
PeerLLM is the result of that belief — a decentralized AI network where anyone can participate: hosting, contributing, and — as the network grows — potentially earning from their own compute resources, while helping make AI more ethical, accessible, and community-powered. I built PeerLLM so that intelligence could live everywhere, for everyone.
