Important Notice for PeerLLM Hosts
By signing up as a Host with PeerLLM during this experimental beta phase, you are volunteering your hardware to support testing and development.
No payments or compensation will be provided for hosting at this stage. Your contribution is purely voluntary and helps us build and improve the PeerLLM network.
Thank you for being part of this early effort to decentralize AI.
Getting Started as a PeerLLM Host
Thank you for helping build the future of decentralized AI.
Follow the steps below to register your machine as a PeerLLM Host and join the global PeerLLM network.
0. Create Your Account
Visit https://hosts.peerllm.com/register to create your account and complete the email verification process.
Once verified, log in to access your Host Dashboard.
1. Download the PeerLLM Host Application
In the Software section of the left sidebar, download the version that matches your operating system (Windows, macOS, or Linux).
The site automatically detects your OS and recommends the correct installer.
2. Install and Sign In
Run the installer and launch the Host application.
Sign in using the same PeerLLM account credentials you created on the website.
3. Application Review & Pending Approval
After signing in, your machine will appear in a Pending Approval state.
During this short review period:
- Our team confirms machine authenticity and usage intent.
- You can already use the Host app offline, test features, and manage your environment.
- We may reach out if additional verification is needed.
4. Prepare Your Local Environment
While waiting for approval, you can start setting up your host:
- Click the + button in the LLM section to download and install local language models.
- Test them using Local Chat or the top menu test panel.
- Review logs and GPU info to ensure everything is working smoothly on your machine.
This preparation ensures your host is fully ready the moment it joins the network.
5. Approval & Network Activation
Once your host is approved:
- The Orchestrator Status indicator turns green.
- Your machine officially becomes part of the PeerLLM decentralized network.
- Your compute can now be discovered and utilized by PeerLLM users worldwide.
Welcome to the network — and thank you for contributing to a more open, distributed AI ecosystem.
